Ever need to protect something…well, I needed to protect my glass curio cabinet. It’s a little close to a closet door. So I whipped up this door knob cover. It works.
Ch 4, slip st tog.
Round 1: ch 3, 12 dc in ring, slip st tog.
Round 2: Ch 2, 2dc in each st around and slip st tog.
Round 3: Ch 2, dc in each stitch around, slip st tog and ch 2.
Round 4: Dc in each stitch around, slip st tog and ch2. *Skip st, hdc in next stitch, repeat from * around. Fasten off and weave in ends. Chain a long enough chain to go around the circle and through the hdc stitches. Place over door knob and tie the chain into a bow
