These pictures are the original pictures from the first website I had. Because I gave some items as gifts or no longer have some items or for other reasons are not able to redo the pictures with my new website’s name. Please excuse these pictures and the wrong website name; thank you!
Materials Used |
3 skeins of Simply Soft (6 oz skeins) yarn
1 skein of Tickle novelty yarn (I used white) (It will not use it all) 1 roll of 1/8" ribbon (15 feet) I used iridescent. |
Hook Size | I (H hook only used on novelty yarn) |
Measurements | Size 3x-4x, measurements are below. This pattern can be easily adapted. To make smaller, use a different hook and adjust your rows of the Camisole. The first section of the Camisole is worked to fit you around. Camisole top: Measurements- 21" long and 41" wide (this stretches and you also have the laces) |
Notes |
Row 1: Ch 55, in 4th ch from the hook, do 2dc,ch1,1dc. *skip 3 ch, in next ch work 3dc,ch1,1dc. Repeat from * ending with skip 2 ch and 1 dc in the last ch. Ch 3, Turn.
Row 2: Under first ch 1 sp from previous row, do 2dc, ch1, 1dc. *Go to next ch 1 sp from previous row, 3dc, ch1, 1dc. Repeat from * ending under last ch 1 sp, 1dc in 2nd ch of turning ch. Ch 3, turn.
Rows 3- 72: Repeat Row 2.
This next part is a little hard for me to describe. Row 73: Ch 1, sc in that same st. Skip over to 2nd dc from previous row, do 7 dc (shell). In next group, sc in 2nd dc. Repeat the process across. You should have 7- 7dc shells. End with a sc. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Now go back to Row 1. Attach yarn with a sl st, sc in same st. Skip over to next group, 7 dc (shell). In next group, sc. Repeat this process across. You should have 7- 7dc (shells). Fasten off and weave in ends.
With H hook, add Tickle novelty yarn to the top. Do this from the back, so that the fluffiest part is to the front. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Now, weave in ribbon in the middle of the shells. Start from the bottom and weave it like you do shoelaces. Trim yarn at the top. You will have extra ribbon. You will use some for the straps and for the bow on the panty.
Straps for Camisole: Make 2. I used I hook.
Leave a tail for sewing onto Camisole. Ch 60, hdc in 3rd ch from the hook, hdc across. Turn.
Ch 2, hdc in each st across. Leave tail for sewing onto Camisole.
After making both straps, weave ribbon through the center of each strap. Leave a tail to sew onto Camisole.
Now sew straps onto the Camisole, where you will need it. Each person is different. Mine are approx. 5" from the shell and ribbon lacing.
Bottom of Camisole: I hook and you will be working in rounds now.
Round 1: Attach yarn with a sl st to corner of one shell, sc in that st. Skip a st, dc, ch3, dc. Now *skip a dc group and dc, ch3, dc. Repeat from * around. Make sure it's not to tight or too loose. It's hard to judge around the first group, but make it lay flat. When you come to the other side, sc in the shell. Then dc, ch3,dc in corner. Do dc, ch3,dc in other shell from other side. Sl st to original sc. (Now you are all in a circle)
Round 2: Sl st to ch 3 sp from previous round, ch 3, dc, dc in that sp. *Skip to next ch 3 sp from previous round, do 3dc. Repeat from * around.
Round 3: Sl st over to middle dc of the 3dc from the previous round, do dc, ch3, dc in that st. *Do 3dc in between the V sts. Then skip over to next 3dc group, do dc, ch3, dc in the middle dc. Repeat from * around. You are increasing in this row.
Round 4: Repeat Round 2.
Round 5: Sl st over to middle dc of the 3dc from the previous round, do dc, ch3, dc in that st. *Skip over to next 3dc group, do dc, ch3, dc in the middle dc. Repeat from * around.
Round 6: Repeat Round 2.
Round 7: Repeat Round 5
Round 8: Repeat Round 2.
Round 9: Repeat Round 5
Round 10: Repeat Round 2.
Round 11: Repeat Round 5
Round 12: Repeat Round 2. Fasten off and weave in ends.
With H hook, add Tickle novelty yarn to the bottom. Do this from the back, so that the fluffiest part is to the front. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Itty Bitty Panty: Measurements: 10" wide by 4" high I used a I hook. MAKE 2:
Ch 5, sl st tog to form a ring.
Row 1: Do 3 V st (dc, ch1,dc) in the ring. Ch 4 and turn.
Row 2: DC in first dc from previous row (1st V st made), do a V st in each V st across. In the top of the ch 3 from the row below, do a Vst. Ch 4 and turn.
Row 3- 7: Repeat Row 2. (You are increasing on each row)
After doing Row 7, ch 60 for the Tie. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Go to other side and ch 60 for other Tie. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Crotch:
Attach yarn to ring at the point, ch 19, sc in 2nd ch. Sc in each st across. Turn. Ch 1 and sc across. Turn. Ch1 and sc across. Fasten off. Leave a tail to sew crotch to other triangle.
Sew crotch on. Weave in all ends.
Edging for top of panty: With H hook, add Tickle novelty yarn to the top. Do this from the back, so that the fluffiest part is to the front. Fasten off and weave in ends. Do this for each panty triangle.
I attached a bow to the front of the panty. Just for fun!
