Row 1: Ch 260, dc in 4th ch from the hook.  Dc in each st across. Ch 3, turn.

Row 2: Dc in each st across. Ch 3, turn.

Row 3: Sc in first st. Ch 3, sc in next st.  Repeat this across.  At the end of the row, follow the ch 3, sc pattern across the short end. Then turn down the other long side and repeat the ch 3, sc down that side.  At the end of the row, ch 3, sc across the short end.  Sl st to the beg ch 3 of Row 3.  Fasten off and weave in ends.
