Ch 4, sl st tog. 

Row 1: Ch 3, 13 dc in center of ring, sl st tog.

Row 2:  Ch 3, dc in same st, 2dc in each st around, sl st tog.

Row 3: Ch 4, dc same st, *skip 2st, dc-ch-dc next st.  Rep from * .  Sl st tog to ch 3 of the ch 4.

Row 4: Ch 4, dc in same st, *skip to ch 1 sp of previous row, dc-ch1-dc. Rep from *. Sl st tog to ch 3 of the ch 4.

Row 5-11: Rep Row 4.

Row 12: *Ch3, sc in between 2 dc groups. Repeat around sl st tog. Do not fasten off.

Strap: Still connected, ch 100, attach to other side of bag- ch 2 and hdc back across ch to other side. Fasten off, sew side to bag.
