Ch 5, sl st tog to make a ring.
Round 1: Ch 3, 2 dc in ring, ch 2. 3 dc in ring, ch 2. Repeat 3 dc in ring, ch 2 2 more times. (4 groups of 3 dc, ch 2) sl st tog at the top of the ch 3.
Round 2: Sl st over 2 sts to the corner, ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, 3dc corner made. *3 dc in next corner, ch 2, 3 dc. Repeat 2 more times. (4 corners made - 2 groups in each corner) Sl st tog at the top of the ch 3.
Round 3: Sl st over 2 sts to the corner, ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in corner. Now in the space between the corners, do dc, tr in the middle of the dc from the previous row group, dc all in the same space. Repeat corner 3 dc, ch 2, 3dc in each corner. Repeat dc, tr, dc in between the corners.
Round 4: Do the same as a normal granny... 3dc, ch 1 (except ch 1 only), 3 dc in corners and 3dc in the middle section.
Round 5: Repeat Round 3. Corners 3dc, ch 1, 3dc and sides dc, tr, dc.
Round 6: Repeat Round 4.
Round 7: Repeat Round 5.
Round 8: Ch 1, sc in each st around. Sl st tog and fasten off. Weave in ends.
