Ingredients
- 2- 16oz cans of traditional refried beans
- 1 can 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups of chicken broth
- 1- 4.5oz chopped green chiles
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup diced yellow onion
- 2 stalks of green onions diced
- ¼ cup sour cream
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except sour cream into a 2 quart saucepan
- Cook on medium heat until it boils, then add sour cream
- Turn down to low heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes or until you are ready to serve.
- Garnish with cheeses if desired.
