This is just what the name suggests...lazy.  I usually make 3 or 4 pans and freeze them on the day that I make it.  That is why there is no amounts put by the ingredients...you can make as much as you would like.

Ingredients

  • uncooked lasagna nooodles
  • spaghetti sauce
  • ground beef, browned and drained
  • small curd cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
  • mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • grated parmesan cheese

DIrections

  • Grease a baking dish any size you want.  I usually use a 9 by 13 for that night and freeze smaller sizes. 
  • Mix the ground beef into the spaghetti sauce. 
  • Now layer in this order: Noodles, cottage cheese or ricotta, mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce mixture, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 
  • Continue layering until pan is full: finish with the parmesan cheese. 
  • Place foil on top of baking dish. 
  • Freeze or put into refrigerator to bake.
  • Bake fresh covered lasagna at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.  Take foil off during final 10 minutes of cooking.  Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. If it's coming from freezer, take it from freezer before cooking and place in refrigerator to defrost.
