Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped into chunks
- 1# ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted
- 1 can Campbells ready to serve vegetable beef
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 Tbsp chives
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a slow cooker.
- Let cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until pototes are cooked through.

Special Notes: I love to adapt this recipe and double it and put it into my 6 quart crockpot. I love to throw in different beans and different kinds of Campbells beef soups. I don't think I have ever made this the same. It's a hearty, fun recipe that my family loves. Great for cold days...
