Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup plain vanilla yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, cream yogurt and sugar.
- Add eggs, bananas, milk and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- Mix just until combined.
- Pour into a loaf pan and bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
