Striped Scrap Scarf

Scraps of worsted weight yarn 4ply

K hook

Row 1: Ch 200, sc in 2nd ch from hook. Sc across in every st BACK LOOPS ONLY, ch 1 and turn.

Row 2: Sc in every stitch across, ch 1 and turn.

Row 3-6: Repeat Row 2. Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Row 7: Now go back to the front loops of the first row. Attach yarn with a sl st and sc in that st.  Sc in every st across the front loops of the first row, ch 1 and turn.

Row 8: Sc in every stitch across, ch 1 and turn.

Row 9-11: Repeat Row 8. Fasten off and weave in ends.

You could continue adding rows if you wanted it bigger.  You could make fringe if you desired.  Whatever you desired.
